Companies with an annual turnover of R50mill are encouraged to send a % of their profits on Enterprise and Supplier development. 100% of their sponsorship can be claimed under Enterprise and Supplier development.



BUSINESS MASTERY:

ActionCOACHes ESD Business MASTERY program is a 6-month, all-encompassing education and coaching program that provides a comprehensive understanding of the game of business. With a focus on practicality and profitability, this program equips participants with the tools and skills needed to run and build a successful business. The curriculum covers key elements such as Vision, Goal Setting & Focus, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Time Management, Customer Service, Management & Leadership, Systems, and Wealth creation. Through this program, Qualifying business owners are educated on best practices to grow revenue and profits, ensuring their long-term success.

The program is presented online and we meet 2 Fridays per month from 08:30am to 10:00am. The sessions are divided into a learning session and a coaching session which serves as an accountability and problem-solving session.


Sponsors with 8 or more participants may elect to have this program presented in person at their offices.


Monthly Investment: R 2,950.00 plus vat per participance.

Once off Investment: R 17,700.00 plus vat per participance.


Participance will be joining like-minded business owners on this personal development journey. building a business community and having other business owners in the room who will help motivate, inspire and walk this journey with them.

The goal of Leverage is to teach participance the principles of leverage, including the fastest way to grow their business using Action’s 5 Ways and the importance of testing & measuring…everything! As the demands of the business grows, each participance must find ways to do more with less. In this workshop we educate the participance on how to do exactly that! In particular we will show participance how to grow Their business while increasing bottom line profits.
